Event planning and execution involves many different roles, but we all share the same goal in mind for this event: to produce a quality experience that can be enjoyed by the spectators. Although your individual job, tasks, and timelines may differ, we are all part of the Guest Services team. It is important to treat everyone with respect and to promote teamwork.
C3 Presents utilizes the Barnstorm network to connect with potential event staff for Harley-Davidson Homecoming™. Positions are hired through C3 Presents' employer of record for temporary staff, Collective Payroll.

Staff members are cross-trained to support various functions throughout the event, including Guest Services, Accessibility, Community Outreach, and Sustainability.
