Event planning and execution involves many different roles, but we all share the same goal in mind for this event: to produce a quality experience that can be enjoyed by the spectators. Although your individual job, tasks, and timelines may differ, we are all part of the Guest Services team. It is important to treat everyone with respect and to promote teamwork.

Boardwalk Rock, Ocean’s Calling & Country Calling staff interact with fans in various ways. Positions are cross-trained to support multiple functions throughout the event, including Guest Services, Accessibility, Community Outreach, and Sustainability.
